2024 - 2025 TUITION POLICIES
C.C.’s School of Dance Arts curriculum is designed for families who are interested in dance education and who are ready, willing and able to commit to the FULL 10-month season. Please ensure that you will be a dedicated, involved and supportive parent during these upcoming 10 months. Respectfully, reconsider if you’re just looking for “something for the kids to do” our program is designed for dedicated and committed families. CCSDA does not offer a month-to-month training option. Our program is a 10-month commitment, with the total cost due regardless of whether families choose to pay in full or opt for monthly payments, which are due on the 15th of each month. If you withdraw your student from the program, a $150 cancellation fee per scholar will apply. This fee must be paid in full within 30 days of withdrawal. Failure to do so may result in legal action to recover the full remaining balance of the program. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, so we encourage parents to contact us to discuss potential arrangements or personalized payment plans before deciding to withdraw their child. This agreement will be signed during our annual parent meeting. Early registration opens annually on July 1 and typically offers the lowest registration cost. At the time of registration, the first tuition payment is due, along with the registration fee, which varies based on the registration period. If you do not manually submit payment, autopay will run on August 15 to collect the first monthly payment. Monthly payments are then due from September 15 through May 15. A $40 late fee will be applied on the 16th of the month if tuition is not received on time. Please be aware that our payment platform applies a small service fee plus tax. We do not offer refunds; however, scholars may attend classes for the month(s) paid. If you have any concerns regarding payments or charges on your account, please contact us to resolve them promptly. Please note that if any charges are disputed, CCSDA reserves the right to withdraw your scholar from our program, and you will still be responsible for the remaining balance of the season. Costume Fees Costume fee will automatically be deducted from your account on January 31, 2025. If for any reason your scholar is removed or no longer participating in the recital, there are no refunds for costume fees. There will be a $20 fee for exchanges of sizes if the student's measurements fall within with the costume size that was ordered but the student/parent would prefer a different size. There will also be a $20 fee if your scholar's costume is being ordered in a child/youth size however your scholar needs an adult size (prices are different for adult sizing). Families will be notified if this pertains to their scholar(s) Fees for costumes are $125.00 per class. *NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED* *CLASSES WILL NOT BE PRORATED DUE TO CLOSINGS, HOLIDAYS, INCLIMATE WEATHER, ETC. WE ALLOW SCHOLARS TO ADD ADDITIONAL CLASS(ES) AFTER JANUARY SHOWCASE. Emergency Closings In case of an emergency closing, there will be an email or text message.
